AI insights consent
Why is consent required?
AI Insights needs access to chart-level data to produce summaries, trends, and recommendations. To meet privacy and compliance standards, Lumenore must receive your explicit approval before sending this data for AI processing.
The notification indicates:
- “You haven’t consented to share data securely for AI insights generation.”
This means the AI engine cannot yet analyze your data. - “To change, click here.”
This link opens your consent settings so you can enable AI Insights.
The grey tick icon:
The grey tick shows that consent has not been provided. As a result, the platform blocks AI Insights from running.
The green tick icon:
Once the user submits consent, the AI Insights feature becomes fully enabled.
To enable AI Insights
- You haven’t consented to share data securely for AI insights generation. To change, click here.
or click Generate to proceed to the consent prompt.
- Click Submit.
Once consent is given:

- The grey tick changes to a green tick.
- AI Insights become available across all AI modules for your user.
- You may update or revoke your consent at any time.
Modules that allow you to provide consent:
AI Insights consent can be submitted from any of the following modules that generate AI-driven insights:

Ask Me:
AI Insights Board:
Each of these modules will prompt you to provide consent when needed.
Once the user submits consent in any module, AI Insights is automatically enabled across all modules. This setting is user-based, not schema-based, i.e., a single approval applies to all modules and schemas associated with the user’s account. There is no need to provide consent again when switching modules.
Note: If you click Regenerate without providing consent, the system will prompt you to provide consent again before proceeding.
