Creating meshboard

Meshboard, an exclusive Lumenore feature not found in other BI tools, allows users to create dynamic dashboards. Unlike traditional approaches, where one schema is linked to a single dashboard, Meshboard enables the addition of multiple custom schemas to a single dashboard.

Creating a Meshboard:

Step 1: Launch Lumenore, navigate to Dashboard section and click on “Create Dashboard.”

Step 2: Enter the dashboard name, choose the schema and table based on your requirements. Then click “Ok.”

Step 3: In the current tab, users can choose attributes and measures according to their requirements and click “Add New.”

To change the schema:

Step 4:

1. To alter the schema, click on “Change Schema.”
2. Choose the schema for chart preparation, then click “Ok.”

Step 5: Choose attributes and measures according to your needs. After that, select the chart type and click “Next.”

Step 6: Once you create a Meshboard, you can utilize the interactive features of the dashboard and charts. Click “Publish” to proceed further.

Step 7: The Publish Dashboard window will appear, prompting the user to input the dashboard name and select the workspace for saving.

Afterwards, click “Publish.”

Note:

Accessing Meshboard: Navigate to the Dashboard section from the leftpanel and click on the respective dashboard.

Meshboard Filters:

Meshboard filters are designed to enhance clarity.

Consider multiple schema sources for data fetching:

• Source 1 -> Dataset 1 -> Schema 1 -> Tables
• Source 2 -> Dataset 2 -> Schema 2 -> Tables
• Source 3 -> Dataset 3 -> Schema 3 -> Tables
• Source 3 -> Dataset 3 -> Schema 4 -> Tables

Create KPIs using appropriate columns from these sources.
