Under license management, the user has the following options:

  • Plan Details

The Plan Details section shows your organization’s subscription information. It includes key details of your current plan, such as the number of users, your usage, and available add-ons. This page lets you understand what your organization is currently subscribed to and how many user licenses are included.

You can also view options to increase user limits or upgrade your subscription if your organization needs more capacity.

  • Payment History

The Payment History section displays all past transactions related to your organization’s subscription plan. It shows details such as:

    • Plan Name: Plan you were billed for
    • Payment ID: Unique reference number for each transaction
    • Amount: Paid amount
    • Actions: Options to view or download the invoice or receipt
