Refresh

Clicking the ‘Refresh‘ button or icon is like hitting the reset button on your chart. It takes the data and appearance back to the default view of the selected chart, realigns any disorganised elements, and updates the chart with the latest data.

Sort

The “Sort” function is a powerful tool allowing users to organize and arrange the data displayed within a selected chart according to their preferences or requirements. This feature enables users to sort the data based on numerical values, either in ascending order (from minimum to maximum) or descending order (from maximum to minimum).

To apply sorting, follow these steps:

1. Click the “Sort” icon on the chart where you want to apply this feature.
2. Select the field you want to sort. In this example, we are choosing “Sold Quantity.”
3. Choose the sorting criteria for the selected field. We are opting for “Min to Max”
4. Click “Apply” to adjust the bar chart order accordingly.
