Embedding

Embedded data analytics allows you to integrate content or components seamlessly and cohesively from one application into another. In Lumenore embedding involves dashboard integration or charts into your day-to-day tools, external systems or third-party applications, so users can see and interact with data without switching to a separate BI tool, making data-driven insights accessible to a broader audience.

Key benefits of embedding:
  • Seamless Integration: Embedding enables the seamless integration of external content or features into an existing application or website, creating a unified user experience.
  • Real-time Analytics: It allows users to access and interact with real-time data and data-driven insights from the embedded source, ensuring they always have the latest information at their fingertips.
  • Consistency: Embedded content retains the look and feel of the host application, maintaining a consistent user interface.

The embed feature empowers users to independently share dashboard modules by generating a dynamic hyperlink that can be shared with their organization’s team members, enabling them to view the dashboard with real-time data insights directly on a website.

Types of embedding
  • Public: This feature allows unrestricted access to the KPI without any authentication.
  • Private with SSO: This feature enables Single Sign-On (SSO) access to your KPI. For a user to access KPI, they are required to have an account created through Microsoft. This means that the user’s account must be linked to the specific domain or email address, for example, abc.xyz@company.com, where “abc.xyz” represents the user’s unique identity and “@company.com” signifies the domain associated with the organization.
  • Private:This option permits users to view the KPI with Lumenore access only.
