Sharing insights on MS Teams
Below are the steps to share the insights on Microsoft Teams:
Step 1: To share the KPI with others, select the three dots positioned at the top right corner of the relevant KPI.
Step 2: After clicking the three dots, you will find the share option in the menu. Select “Share.”
Step 3: Choose the purpose of sharing from the dropdown menu options provided. Additionally, you can include any additional comments if needed.
Step 4: Now, you have two options for sharing the information: either on the platform or on Teams.
Case 1: Share on Platform
If selecting “Platform,” include the names of team members you wish to share with by prefixing “@” before their names.
Provide the name and other details of the channel and click on “Add.”
Case 2: Share on Teams
Once you’ve chosen “Teams,” you’ll be presented with all available channels. Select the channel on which you wish to share the information.
Step 7: Click on “Share” after making the selections.
Step 8: Now, you can observe that the KPI is accessible on the channel where we sent it.
