Admins can:

  • See who created each dataset
  • Track ownership and modifications
  • Share datasets or assign access permissions to others

Action Menu:

When you click on the three-dot icon under “Action,” two options appear:

  • Share: Lets you share the dataset with other users or teams.
  • Assign Access: Allows you to set permission levels (like view only, edit, or admin) for specific users.

Download Icon (Top Right):

The download option allows you to export the dataset list.

Search Bar:

To find a dataset by name or keyword instead of scrolling through the entire list.

Action Menu (Three Dots)

  • Share: Allows administrators to share a storyboard or dashboard with other users through multiple platforms, including In-app, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Add Users: Use @ to mention individual users and # to tag groups when sharing via In-app or WhatsApp.
  • Teams Sharing: Select a pre-configured Teams channel to share the dashboard or storyboard directly within Microsoft Teams.

  • Assign Access: It transfers dashboard ownership. Specifically for assigning a new owner to an Insight Dashboard storyboard.

Type of Access

You can choose how the existing owner’s access changes after transfer:

      • Current owner access will be revoked completely: The old owner loses all access (can’t view or edit).
      • Current owners will have view access only: The old owner will still be able to view the dashboards but cannot edit or manage them.

Action Buttons

    • Cancel: Aborts the ownership transfer.
    • Assign: completes the ownership change with the selected settings.
