Dashboard Management
The Dashboard Management page enables administrators to view, share, and manage dashboards and storyboards across the organization. It provides visibility into ownership, creation details, and sharing access for each dashboard or storyboard.
Key Elements
- Tabs: Storyboard / Dashboard
- Users can switch between managing Storyboards and Dashboards using these tabs.
- Data Table Columns
- Storyboard: Name of the storyboard.
- Created by: The user who created the storyboard.
- Current Owner: The user currently owning the storyboard (ownership can be transferred).
- Created on / Modified on: Timestamps showing when the storyboard was created and last modified.
- Shared with: Shows the users who have access to the storyboard.
- Action: Provides options such as Share and Assign Access to manage permissions.

- Search and Download Options

- Search bar (top right): Quickly find a storyboard or dashboard by name.
- Download button: Allows exporting the list.

Action Menu (Three Dots)
- Share: Allows administrators to share a storyboard or dashboard with other users through multiple platforms, including In-app, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams.
- Add Users: Use @ to mention individual users and # to tag groups when sharing via In-app or WhatsApp.
- Teams Sharing: Select a pre-configured Teams channel to share the dashboard or storyboard directly within Microsoft Teams.

- Assign Access: It transfers dashboard ownership. Specifically for assigning a new owner to an Insight Dashboard storyboard.
Type of Access
You can choose how the existing owner’s access changes after transfer:

- Current owner access will be revoked completely: The old owner loses all access (can’t view or edit).
- Current owners will have view access only: The old owner will still be able to view the dashboards but cannot edit or manage them.

Action Buttons

- Cancel: Aborts the ownership transfer.
- Assign: completes the ownership change with the selected settings.
