The Email function allows you to send automated emails as part of your data workflow. You can configure it to send messages at specific stages in your pipeline—for example, after a job runs or when a particular condition is met.
With this step, you can:
- Set the recipient’s email address
- Customize the subject and message
- Include dynamic data from your workflow (like totals, alerts, or status updates)
This is especially useful for automatically sending notifications, reports, or alerts without manual effort.
How to use Email?
Step 1: To:
- Specifies the recipient email address(es).
Step 2: CC / BCC (optional)
- To add additional recipients in carbon copy or blind carbon copy format.
Step 3: Subject:
- The email subject line.
Step 4: Body:
- The main content of the email.
- This is where you write the message—can include text, dynamic data fields, or summaries.
Email Preview (Right Panel):
- Displays a live preview of how the final email will appear.
- Useful for verifying formatting, values, and structure before sending.
Click “Save” to proceed.
