Embedding Management

Embedded objects provided details of the objects that are embedded. Embedding enables seamless and cohesive integration of components, such as a storyboard or dashboard, into third-party applications, making them accessible to a broader audience.

Details include:

• Name: The name of the embedded object.
• Object Type: Specifies the type of embedded object, such as dashboard or storyboard.
• Created on: Shows the date and time when the embedded object was created.
• Embed Type: Indicates whether the embedded object is:

1. • Public: Accessible to anyone with the link.
   • Private: Restricted to authorized users (if implemented).

• Total Visits: Tracks how many times the embedded object has been accessed.
• Link: Provides a link to the embedded object, allowing users to view it directly in an external platform or browser.
• Enabled (Toggle Switch): A toggle switch controls whether the associated item is active or inactive:

• • Blue (On): The item is active and accessible.
  • Gray (Off): The item is disabled and inaccessible.

• Action: Provides interactive options for managing each item:
• Copy Link to Clipboard (Copy Icon):
  Allows users to copy the link to their clipboard for sharing or referencing.
• Delete (Trash Icon):
  Deletes the associated item permanently. This action removes the item and its link.
• Search:This Search feature allows users to quickly locate specific records or items within a table or list.
