Target

Once you’ve finished working with the data extracted from the source—such as cleaning, transforming, or analyzing it—the Target function lets you save that final data either to your local file system or to a cloud storage (like S3, Google Drive, etc.).

It also gives you helpful options like:

  • Truncation, which means clearing out old data from the storage location before saving new data.
  • Field mapping, which lets you match your processed data fields to the correct file columns or cloud storage structure.

To access target, in data magnet go to actions and click on target. There you will see all the function available under target section.

When you click on Target, the options listed below will appear as shown in the above image.
