Sharing

The “Share” functionality allows users to distribute charts or visualizations from the data analytics platform to team members or collaborators, facilitating collaboration, feedback, and collective decision-making. The sharing options available are In-app, WhatsApp, and Teams.

Follow the below steps to use the share option:

1. Click on “Share”
2. Choose the “Sharing option.”

Case 1: In-app

1. Add users and groups to the in-app.
   • Use “@” to mention specific names.
   • Use “#” to include entire groups.
2. Add a comment if needed.

Case 2: WhatsApp

1. Add users and groups to the in-app.
   • Use “@” to mention specific names.
   • Use “#” to include entire groups.
2. Add a comment if needed.

Case 3: Teams

1. Select the team channel on which you want to share the KPI.
2. Add a comment if needed.

Note: Users can also select all three sharing channels simultaneously.
