Set Preferences

The Set Preference feature in Lumenore allows users to save their preferred set of filters for easy access. In dashboards with multiple filters, users often need to apply the same set of filters repeatedly to view specific information. To simplify this process, users can save their filter preferences. Once saved, these preferences can be applied with a single click, instantly displaying the desired filtered information. This feature enhances efficiency and convenience by allowing users to quickly access their most relevant data views.

Each user can create up to 5 preferred views for a Dashboard and set one as the default view upon opening it. All saved views are easily accessible from the menu.

Note: These preferences are only available to the creator; other users receive the default view.

To save your preferences, follow these steps:

  • Select the attributes for the filter.
  • Click on “Save preference” and provide the preference name. Decide whether you want to set this view as the default.
  • Click “Apply” to implement the data filtering.

Your preference is now saved and accessible from the menu.

To access your set preferences:

  • Select the preference name to display the Dashboard with your chosen filter options.

To remove your set preferences:

  • Click the trashcan icon next to the preference you want to delete.
