Sharing Management

The Sharing tab provides a comprehensive view of all the items shared within the platform. It allows users to manage and filter shared resources for better organization and collaboration.

Details include:

• Name of the shared item.
• Types of modules, such as schema, dataset, DYK insights, dashboard, chart, storyboard
• Owner of the module.
• Shared on (Date and Time)
• Person with whom the module is shared.
• Action: A three-dot menu providing further options, such as:
  • View: To view the module in detail.
  • Edit & Share: Allows users to modify the resource (if they have the necessary permissions) and share the module with others using sharing platforms: In-app, WhatsApp, and Teams.
  • Download Info: Allows users to download the information provided in the row.

All: Displays a complete list of shared modules.

Shared by you: Lists of modules that the owner has shared with others.

Shared with you: Shows resources that other users have shared with the owner.
