Connection Stream

Estimated reading: 1 minute 396 views

The Connection Stream is an interface that allows users to link their data pipelines to external data sources, such as databases, cloud storage, or APIs. It acts as a bridge, helping you securely access the data you need to use within your workflow.

This connection allows you to read from or write to different systems as part of your data processing tasks.

How to use a Connection Stream?

Step 1: Choose a Pipeline: Users select whether to connect the data to a graph or a job pipeline.

Step 2: Select a Job: Users connect the data by selecting a specific job or graph.

Step 3: View Connections: The interface shows all the existing connections for that job.

Step 4: Add New Connections: Users can add new connections by clicking the + button.

For example:

  • After opening the component, we select the “Job” pipeline.
  • Selecting “step 2 graph” from the list of already created jobs.
  • Now, click on “+” and choose “Connection Name” from the connection list. Similarly, add more connections.
