  1. Click Self Service.
  2. Click Connect.

  3. Search Zoho CRM.
  4. Click Zoho CRM.

  5. Select Domain
  6. Click Authorize

  7. Enter details, click Next.

  8. Enter details, click Sign In.

  9. Enter verification code sent on your email, click Verify.

  10. Click Accept to move forward.

  11. Upon successful authorization, click Next.

  12. Click the check box(es) to Select Tables.
  13. Click the check box(es) to select columns.
  14. Click preview.
  15. Click Save.

  16. Name the Dataset
  17. Click OK.

Note: Once you have chosen the tables needed to calculate the KPI for analysis requirements and saved the dataset, you can create the business model and dashboard. Instructions are available in the Self-Service section of the Lumenore User Manual.
