Minify in Lumenore is a feature designed to simplify and shorten lengthy user queries into concise, easy-to-understand catchphrases. Instead of typing out long and complex questions every time, user can create a short, memorable phrase that represents query. This makes it quicker and easier to run queries and get the insights you need.

For example, if user frequently ask, “What were the total sales and customer satisfaction scores for each region last quarter?” user can create a minified catchphrase like “Q4 Sales and Satisfaction.” From then on, you can use this catchphrase to run the same query, saving time and effort.

This feature is particularly useful when you have complex queries involving multiple KPIs and attributes that you need to run repeatedly. By using Minify, you can create and assign a simple name to these long queries.

To utilize Minify, adhere to these steps:

Step 1: Click on “Add catchphrase” to add condition.

Step 2: Formulate your question and input the catchphrase. Then, click on “Add” to continue.

Step 3: To publish the catchphrase, click the “Publish” option and close it.Top of Form

Step 4: Enter the statement in the search bar using “minify.

Step 5: You’ll now observe the result displaying sales by region. Our minify, “instagram,” is highlighted in a distinct color and bold format, making it easier to identify.

Step 6: Upon hovering over the minify “instagram,” you can view its expansion.

Step 7: Clicking on the minify “instagram” lets you view the associated question. Similarly, upon clicking “instagram,” you’ll access its expanded form. Additionally, you can copy the query.

To delete the existing minify:

• Click the “trashcan” icon to delete the minify.
