Preference

In Lumenore, the Preference feature allows you to set your preferred date for analysis and reference. This is particularly useful when your data set includes multiple date columns, such as order date, shipment date, delivery date, and more. By setting your date preference, you ensure that the system always uses the selected date for analysing and visualising your data.

For instance, if you’re more interested in tracking data based on delivery dates rather than order or shipment dates, you can set delivery date as your preferred date. This way, every time you perform an analysis or generate a report, Lumenore will use the delivery date as the reference point. This makes your data insights more relevant and aligned with your specific needs.

Setting your date preferences helps streamline your data analysis process, making it more efficient and tailored to your requirements. It also enhances the accuracy of your insights, as the system consistently uses the date that matters most to your analysis.

By adding your preferences, you not only improve your own search and analysis experience but also help us understand your needs better. This allows us to continuously refine and optimize the system to serve you more effectively.

To configure your preferences, proceed with the following steps:

Step 1: Access the “Change Default Date” option.

Step 2: Select the default date and click on Select.

Step 3: Click on “Publish Preferences.”
