Schedule
Scheduling Management
The Schedule tab is designed to manage automated tasks and recurring actions, such as refreshing data, running reports, or distributing dashboards at specific intervals. This feature ensures that critical processes are performed consistently and on time without manual intervention.
Scheduled by you: Displays all schedule details created by you and shared with others. The details include:
- Name: Name of the scheduler.
- Created on: Shows the date and time when the schedule was created.
- Modified on: Displays the date and time when the schedule was last modified.
- Action: Below are the options to interact with the schedule:
- Edit: Allows users to modify the scheduled dashboard (e.g., change the timing, recipients, or format).
- Delete: Deletes the scheduled dashboard.
Scheduled with you:
Schedules created by other users that have been shared with you for access or collaboration.

Created by you:
View all the schedule details you have created.
Details include:
- Name: Shows the name of the schedule.
- Occurrence: Indicates how frequently the schedule runs. For example, “Cron Expression” defines a custom recurring pattern (such as daily, weekly, etc.).
- Module: Specifies the module where the schedule belongs, for instance, Data Integration or Dataload. This helps distinguish the type of task being scheduled.
- Start time: Displays the date and time when the schedule was initially set to start running.
- Next fire time: Shows the next upcoming execution time for that schedule based on the defined recurrence.
- Status: Indicates the status of the schedule, whether it is scheduled or paused.
- Action: Provides the following options to interact with the schedule:
- Run now: Manually triggers the task to execute immediately, regardless of the next fire time.
- View history: Opens a log or history of past executions of the scheduled task.
- Pause: To temporarily stop the schedule until resumed.
- Delete: Permanently remove the schedule.
